Justin came from Canada, and he traveled to New Zealand on his Working Holiday Visa when he was 19 years old.
Justin became an overstayer after his visa was expired. Soon, he found a job as a consultant in one of the well established gyms in New Zealand, and lodged his Work Visa application. However, Justin’s case officer questioned the skills involved in his job which might lead to his application be declined.
Therefore, he came to our office and authorized us to help him with the application. During several discussions and explanations between our immigration advisors and his case officer, the case officer finally recognized his job as skilled and granted Justin a Work Visa.
Unfortunately, due to some reasons of renewing his passport, Justin again became an overstayer. Because of its special circumstance, we quickly assisted Justin to regain Work Visa which allows him to legally stay in New Zealand.
