Qiong
-Visitor Visa, Work Visa
After Harry and Qiong got married, Harry came to our office to enquire about his wife’s Visitor Visa and authorized us with Qiong’s application.
Based on the condition in which Harry received his Permanent Residency from his previous relationship, there was a possibility that Qiong’s application might be declined and Harry’s Permanent Residency might also be withdrawed by INZ. The case officers suspected the genuineness of Harry and Qiong’s relationship, and required more documents to support their relationship.
Through our careful and prudential assessment of Harry’s circumstance, we further assisted them to submit numerous relevant documents and proofs. Only after a short period of time, Qiong was pleased to know that her visitor visa was eventually granted and her application did not affect Harry’s Permanent Residency.
Following by Qiong’s arrival in New Zealand , we quickly prepared her Work Permit application and lodged the submission.
However, because of Qiong’s health condition, Qiong’s medical doctor wanted her to take further health examination which might take over 6 weeks to reach the results. In the meanwhile, Qiong’s Visitor Visa was due to expire, instead of waiting for her medical results, our immigration advisors went ahead with her application and made clear and effective communication between Qiong’s medical doctor and her case officer.
Only two weeks after Qiong’s Work Visa lodgment, Qiong’s Work Permit was initially approved without any further medical examination asked by her case officer. Harry and Qiong were very happy about our service.
