Jeffery came to us after he graduated from Massey University with a Diploma in Business. Whilst he wanted to apply for permanent residence, he had overstayed his permit so we had to carefully plan a strategy for him.
First we applied for a visitor permit for him. While he was legally on a visitor permit, we applied for a work permit for him, and while he was legally on a work permit, we applied for permanent residence for him.
All three of our applications for him were successful and Jeffery is now living in Auckland as a permanent resident.
