After graduating from Victoria University , Ivan had no job but wanted to remain in New Zealand .
He trusted a consultancy company in Auckland to apply for Permanent Resident for him but after quite a long he stills had not received an “Invitation to Apply” for permanent residence from Immigration New Zealand after a long time.
He and his girlfriend transferred their authorisation for us to represent them – we liaised with the manager of the relevant branch office of Immigration, we spent a lot of time in making a case for Ivan and eventually, our case based on the fact that Ivan’s skills were in absolute shortage in New Zealand, was successful. Ivan and his partner, not only received an “Invitation to Apply”, but they were granted with permanent residence.
