Qing Tian
Managing Director
As the founder and the Managing Director of Phoenix International, Qing is also a fully IAA licensed professional Immigration Adviser (IAA License Number: 200800970).
She has successfully secured various immigration visas/permits for many clients, and always applies her knowledge and expertise to achieve the best results for all of our clients.
Qing worked as a former Executive Secretary for Members of Parliament, and her familiarity with Chinese marketplace has led to her being involved in assisting numerous official and business delegations from China to New Zealand, as well as accompanying New Zealand official missions to China.
Qing’s in-depth knowledge of New Zealand Government process, as well as immigration law and policy helps her to establish and to maintain a long-term, stable and professional working relationship with Immigration New Zealand.
