How do I know if my Immigration Advisor has a license?

All Licensed Immigration Advisors must display their current advisor’s license in a prominent place at their place of business at all times. They must also provide evidence of being licensed to clients on request. From 04 May 2009 all onshore Immigration Advisors were required to have a license. You can check the Register of Immigration Advisors online at www.iaa.govt.nz or inspect the Register at the Immigration Advisors Authority to confirm if an Immigration Advisor has a license.
