Can I include my family in my Work to Residence applications?

It is not possible to include secondary applicants (such as a partner or children) in a work permit or work visa application under the Work to Residence policy. Family members who will be accompanying you should make their own applications under one of temporary categories, usually a Partnership, a Student, or a Visitor application. When the time comes to apply for permanent residence under the Work to Residence policy, then you can include your family members in that application.
